The Single-Most Important Factor That Drives Good Architecture

It’s hard to imagine a time when an agricultural equipment dealership was located in the heart of downtown Tulsa. Built in the 1920s, the former International Harvester Building is being transformed into the headquarters for Ross Group Construction. Working in cooperation with the National Park Service, Selser Schaefer Architects answered the call to restore the building’s original character, inside and out, while giving its new owner an exciting space to make a little history of their own.
