Perry has a tremendous amount of pride in their school. Because of our experience helping other districts pass successful bond proposals, and our ability to listen carefully, Selser Schaefer Architects was asked to assist Perry Public Schools with their $25 million bond package.
Our design team worked with educators, staff, and the community to help ascertain the specific vision and goals for the District. Several months of conversations with multiple entities yielded a list of priorities that further the District’s goal of enhancing student achievement and creating a singular campus for Pre-K through High School.
Thanks to the combined efforts of Selser Schaefer Architects and Perry Public Schools, the Bond Package passed successfully in November 2018, and they broke ground on a new Junior High School and Athletic Center on November 19, 2019. The new facilities are now in use and are a significant step toward a long-term goal and ultimate vision of Perry Public Schools.
