Selser Schaefer Architects was tasked to design a concept for a Tiny Home Community that could be site adapted to recreational sites. Crafted around an intimate, human scale, these tiny home communities will offer the perfect recreational getaway — one with a sense of belonging and a desire to linger.

A perfect example of our motto, “people-first design,” the first tiny home development located at Grand Lake is designed to promote fellowship and community — and lake-side views.
