We’ve Worked with Big Box Powerhouses to Out-of-the-box Retailers

As a leader in retail design, Selser Schaefer Architects has helped our clients save millions on hundreds of successful retail projects since our beginning in 1993.

CHICK-FIL-A

Known in the fast food arena for outstanding service and their chicken sandwich, Chick-fil-A® has been steadily growing since the mid ‘80s when they built their first free-standing restaurant. With an eye toward continual improvement, the company challenged our team to create a new restaurant design to substantially reduce building costs while delivering the same productivity and strong customer satisfaction that’s fueling its growth. We eagerly accepted the challenge and helped Chick-fil-A develop a new store format currently under construction.

Selser Schaefer Architects has been a critical partner in identifying and attaining significant savings in our restaurant design. They dove in and challenged our cross-functional in-house team to think big. Their commitment and hands-on approach has been key in making this effort successful.
