Retail is a competitive business and requires well managed construction document production and scheduling. Selser Schaefer Architects has worked closely with HEB grocery stores to develop prototypical and site adapted construction documents for over thirty grocery stores located throughout Texas
In May 2006 a new store opened in Austin, Texas. Selser Schaefer Architects collaborated with HEB and Austin Energy to design a building that implemented sustainable building principles and strategies. HEB was awarded a 4 star green rating from Austin Energy.
