200 EAST BRADY
The building, originally constructed in the 1920s, is located in Tulsa's Brady Warehouse District. Much of the revitalized warehouse's original charm was kept intact. All of the walls, columns and ceilings were sandblasted to reveal the building's original industrial aesthetic.
"Light" is the overriding theme throughout the office. Each principal's office features glass walls. To introduce greater natural light, one of the building's brick walls was replaced with a new glass curtain wall.
A LEED Certification was not pursued, however the facility was designed as a "green" project. Operable windows, daylighting and a ground source heat pump are just a few of the sustainable energy saving components designed into the project.
