A classic example of art deco industrial warehouse architecture, 302 E. Brady was slated for demolition. Instead, the old warehouse was transformed into offices for a graphic design and web development firm, as well as a second-story loft apartment.
To maintain the original fabric of the Brady Arts District, the existing warehouse was restored to its original appearance. A new, two-story addition, designed to be respectful of the existing building, reflects materials and structural systems commonly used for industrial warehouses in the Brady area in the 1930s.
In 2009 the project received a Merit Award, AIA Oklahoma; Merit Award, AIA Eastern Oklahoma
and a Tulsa Preservation Award.
