Tulsa City-County Health Department is assembling a team of healthcare providers to enhance the well-being of residents of north Tulsa. Primary Care Services will include exam rooms, minor medical procedure rooms and a laboratory. Additional space will be provided for Community Health Programs such as Diabetes Treatment, Substance Abuse, HIV Screening, Immunizations and Family Planning. Community meeting rooms, exhibits, a playground and an existing wellness track will be integrated into the site.

The design will incorporate extensive daylighting and views to exterior courtyards.
