KICKAPOO CASINO (Completion Fall 2008)
Partnering with Friedmutter Group of Las Vegas, Selser Schaefer Architects is designing the remodel and new construction of 45,000 sq.-ft. facility. The $10 million project involves transforming the existing facility into the "back-of-house" or non-public spaces: the kitchen, administrative offices, and other support spaces.
The casino will have a themed décor throughout the restaurant and casino, and the latest gaming machines and tables. And with one of the premier smoke-filtration systems available, the Kickapoo Casino will be one of the more environmentally friendly gaming facilities around.
