BROKEN ARROW ANIMAL SHELTER (Completion 2010)
Selser Schaefer Architects worked closely with the facility director and city staff to understand
how their existing facility operated. What worked and what didn’t. We discussed every aspect
from animal flow to adoption goals to the role of the facility within the community. Armed with
this knowledge, we designed a solution that fit the specific needs of Broken Arrow.
The new, larger facility will be efficient, open, light, safe, warm and inviting to the animals and
the humans who work and visit there.
