SELSER SCHAEFER ARCHITECTS is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead our firm in due diligence, site design and development, civil engineering consultant coordination and civil document quality assurance for retail projects located in the southwest. Position will report to the principal-in-charge. Primary deliverables you will be responsible for include: site plans, due diligence reports, project schedules, project status reports and quality assurance reports. You will need 5+ year of experience, must be a registered civil engineer, and LEED accredited or a commitment to attain. Good verbal and written communications skills are a must along with the ability for travel. |
